Business Analysis

Solutions Design
Once the overall project requirements and goals are defined, ImageFast consultants performs the analysis necessary to develop a specific solution to meet the requirements of the client. This will include selection of the relevant software applications and a specific technical design, architecture and infrastructure to meet the requirements.

Implementation and Configuration
This is the main build phase of any solution. This involves implementation of the software applications, integrating the system into the existing IT architecture, configuring the application, document migration, client roll out. Once the system is up and running, ImageFast consultants plan and execute tests to ensure the design specifications have been met.

Development
