ImageFast consider support to be one of the key building

support service offerings are designed to provide the customer with the

ImageFast can works as part of an internal support structure or can take full
ownership of the entire support process if required. ImageFast’s support
organisation is staffed with highly motivated, trained professionals focused on
providing quality support as quickly as possible
System Health Checks
Regular health checks will ensure that the system is running correctly and
smoothly. The Health check will analyse the software applications, log files,
databases and system environment. At the end of every Health Check, a report
will be produced with a summary of the findings and any recommended actions that
are required.

Client Extranet
ImageFast provide online support for all clients that have a valid support
contract with ImageFast. The Extranet allows clients to raise new support calls
and view updates on the progress of any outstanding issues.
